Patricio Salcedo, kiosquier anarchiste du quartier Crimée à Paris, arbore fièrement drapeaux noirs, journaux libres et slogans en vitrine. Chaque jour, presse écrite, clients et habitués vont, viennent et ramènent des fragments chaotiques du monde extérieur. Le kiosque est un ilot poussé par le passé, entraîné vers le futur, bercé de rêves et d’illusions. Habitons ce tout petit pays.

A tiny country

Patricio Salcedo, an anarchist running a newsstand in the Crimée district of Paris, proudly displays black flags, libertarian press and slogans. Every day, newspapers, customers and regulars come and go, bringing back chaotic fragments of the outside world. The kiosk is an island pushed by the past, driven to the future, rocked by dreams and illusions. Let’s live in this tiny country.
